The 2014 Bangladesh Health Facility Survey (BHFS) is the third survey of its kind in Bangladesh and follows the 2009 and 2011 BHFS surveys. It was designed to provide representative results for Bangladesh, for the different facility types and management authorities, and for each of the seven divisions of the country.
